Each shareholder is entitles to use their unit for one week in each season. You may designate your specific weeks at purchase.

Decide Later
Alternatively, each share is issued 220 points annually. The points may be redeemed for use of a chalet.

Receive Income
Shareholders that do not designate usage times  nor use their points through the year receive rental income.
