The chalets are rented when they are not being used by an owner. At the end of the fiscal year, the money left after expenses is paid as a dividend to the owners. The usage points each owner has left are redeemed as dividend shares and the money divided accordingly.

Owners who do not use their points can expect a net annual income of $3,000 to $5,000*.
